No, my coaching is not therapy. While both aim to help individuals improve their lives, they do so in different ways. Therapy often focuses on healing past traumas and resolving psychological issues. Life coaching is action and future focused, however there can be some overlap in techniques used.
If at any point I feel you would benefit from therapy then I would inform you of this.
