With a background as a doctor, and a personal journey where I have reconnected to myself – I offer a space that blends science with spirit, and a recognition of who you really are. As both a coach and an artist, I help you reconnect with your true self– beyond the noise, the illness, or the roles you’ve had to play.

I strongly believe that another approach to health is needed, one that works alongside your current medical care. As someone who has worked as a GP, I have a deep understanding of the journey you are on.

I also have the ability to see that there’s another way, one that is missing from modern medicine.

A way that recognises your human-ness and the fact that your illness started in the context of the life you’ve lived.

If you work with me then you will learn tools like visualisation, guided meditation, creativity and mind-body techniques to help your nervous system settle and your vision for wellbeing to come alive.

Reflect. Harmonise. Transform

  • Reflect

    Take a step back and listen to what your body and life are trying to tell you. When we’re living with ongoing stress or illness, it’s easy to disconnect from ourselves. This is a space to pause, reconnect, and gently explore what you truly need - physically, emotionally, and creatively.

  • Harmonise

    Living with chronic stress or illness can feel like a constant imbalance. Together, we’ll explore simple, evidence informed ways to reduce inner tension and help you align mind, body and spirit.

  • Transform

    Learn how to work with your body and mind to create meaningful change from within. This is about opening new possibilities for wellbeing and reconnecting with your creativity and inner wisdom.

Ways to Work With Me

You can choose from a couple of different options, depending on where you are on your journey:

HARMONISE BOOSTERS:

Single sessions

(or a package of six):

  • These are one hour sessions where we gently explore the issue you’re currently facing.

  • I’ll guide you through a personalised meditation to help your body and mind soften, release tension, and begin to shift.

  • I will teach you some science backed tools that you can use in your every day life.

  • This is a great place to start if you’re curious about coaching but not ready to commit to a full programme.

  • You can book just one session, or a series of six for ongoing support.

  • I can work with you online or in person if you are based in Sheffield, at the Sheffield Wellness centre on Abbeydale Rd.

HARMONISE AND TRANSFORM:

12 Session Deep Dive:

  • This 12 session programme is for people who are ready to go deeper - to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface when it comes to their health and wellbeing. It’s for those who are wanting to reconnect with their spirit and feel alive again.

  • Maybe you're dealing with chronic symptoms, fatigue, stress, or just feel like you’re living on autopilot. Maybe you've been told everything looks “normal,” but you don’t feel normal. This is a space where your experience is seen from a different perspective.

  • Over 12 sessions, we explore how your thoughts, emotions and beliefs are affecting your body - and how to shift them.

  • You'll learn simple, powerful tools to regulate your nervous system, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and start feeling more like yourself again.

  • We’ll cover:

    • The science behind the mind-body connection

    • How chronic stress affects health (you will identify sources of stress that you have never considered before)

    • How to work with your subconscious mind (and why it matters)

    • Vision setting, values, and finding your 'why'

    • Releasing limiting beliefs and creating new, supportive ones

    • Breathwork, body awareness exercises to shift your energy

    • Creativity practices to support your wellbeing.

What can you expect at the end of the process?

At the end of the one hour Harmonise Booster sessions you can expect to feel calm and relaxed. You can expect to leave with a new perspective to consider, as well as some practical tools you can use every day to improve your general wellbeing.

If you opt to go for the transformative 12 session Harmonise and Transform package then at the end you can expect to:

  • Feel a noticeable shift in your overall sense of wellbeing

  • Develop a deeper level of self awareness of your life, thought patterns and emotional responses

  • Learn about what triggers your stress response, including both major and micro-stressors

  • Feel more able to navigate moments of stress in your life

  • Gain a ready to access wellbeing toolkit to use in everyday life, including mind-body tools, meditation, visualisation, breathwork and creativity based practices

  • Develop a new perspective on your life and wellness

  • Reconnect to your spirit and what really matters to you

  • Learn how to align mind, body and spirit to feel more whole and empowered

  • Cultivate the inner conditions for your wellness to truly thrive

Think of it this way: Imagine your body and mind as a garden.

You might be planting the best seeds - the right medication, supplements, diets, exercise or holistic practice - but if the soil isn’t fertile then those seeds can’t take root.

That’s what my coaching does:

It helps create fertile inner conditions, by clearing out weeds of old beliefs and chronic stress. Instead enriching the soil with self belief and safety.

Only when the soil is healthy can the other things you’re doing -whether it’s medication, nutrition or holistic therapy - truly blossom.

Otherwise, even the best seeds struggle to grow.
